Vertigo Drama

On Sunday I was struck with vertigo which occurs once or twice a year, when this happens I can't function properly its like everything is spinning, I feel fatigued and when I get up I feel like I am going to vomit which I might of done a couple of times... Sorry too much information. 

It truly is one of the worst feelings! I was on total bed rest all day yesterday so the doctor has advised me to rest and lay off my cardio for the mean time and only do yoga, light weights and Pilates. Im writing a blog post on the specifics of what I will be doing till I reach 100% health. Lets just say the are positives and negatives to being a former elite swimmer throughout my teens into my early twenties you push your body to the absolute limit almost every session which is not good for the female body when it comes to producing oestrogen levels also followed by eating a poorly balanced diet where you would eat almost anything and everything just to get energy in! This has definitely caught up to me.

So in saying this not a lot of active posts this week. I do however have some older videos/workouts I would like to share with you from a couple weeks ago which I will add to my Instagram (@_agirlobsessed) so look out for these.
