I thought it had been awhile since I updated you on my latest circuits that I have been doing over the last couple of months. Hope you enjoy them. 


CIRCUIT 1:

200m Rower or Ski Erg

20 Squat Jumps

50 Shadow boxing straight punches

400m Treadmill sprint

10 Push ups

x 3 rounds


CIRCUIT 2:

Pushup into Burpee 20

Dips 20

Jump Squats 20 then hold last one in squat position for 10 seconds

Russian twists 20

Curtsy lunge with or without holding dumb bell *8kg* 12 each side

Skipping 30/45/60 secs

Side plank twists 15 each side

x 3 ROUNDS


CIRCUIT 3:

50 Straight Punches with hand weights

20 tricep extensions with hand weights

Push up 12

Mountain Climbers 20

Side dip planks 12 each side

50 Deep Squats

x 3 rounds


CIRCUIT 4:

100m Rower/200m Rower 20 crunches in between each one 

20 Pushups

10 Curtsy lunges each side

400m Treadmill sprint

20 Russian Twists

20 Straight punches shadow boxing 

x 3 Rounds
