Sorry its been awhile here are my latest circuits I have done and am doing currently make sure to let me know how you go when you do them.
CIRCUIT 1:
40 secs skipping
10 push ups
40 secs skipping
10 jump squats
40 secs skipping
10 burpees
40 secs skipping
20 Russian twists
X 3 rounds (30-45 secs rest between rounds)
CIRCUIT 2:
10 burpees
1 min wall hold
10 push ups
1 min wall hold
10 side plank dips
45 secs wall hold
10 dips
45 secs wall hold
10 lunges (each leg)
X 2 rounds
CIRCUIT 3: (GYM RELATED)
1 min skipping/ 5 burpees x 3 rounds (warmup)

12 deadlifts with DB/KB or Bar
20 hip raises with Bar or band around knees
15 bench press with bar or machine build up weight
1 min plank
45 secs on row or ski erg
20 Russian twists
3 min shadow boxing or 3 mins hitting punching bag combos.
30 secs fast boxing on bag or using hand weights.
X 2/3 rounds
CIRCUIT 4:
20 Russian twists
20 commandos
12 side dip planks each side
20 crunch and jump
10 jump squats
20 hip press with band around knees pulse out
30 secs on row/ skip or ski erg
X 3 rounds
