Warm up: 10 Burpees /30 seconds skipping x 4 rounds
20 Jump Squats with pulse
20 Pulse lunges each side
1 min wall hold
10 Ball slams with 10/12kg med ball
10 Push ups
20 Tricep Dips
x 2/3 Rounds
CIRCUIT 2
Warm up: 20 Mountain climbers/ 20 High knees x 3 rounds
20 Hip raises
20 Butt kicks each side
1 min plank
20 russian twists
10 crunches with tuck jump
20 squat jumps
x 3 rounds
CIRCUIT 3
Warm up: 30/45/60 secs skipping with high knees
20 each side lunges with med ball twist
15 med ball slams
20 squat med ball throws against wall
3 x 100m ski erg or row
20 Russian twists
10 each side plank dips with twist
x 2/3 rounds
