So I just posted on Instagram my latest workout video. It was hard. It was 5:30am. But I did it!

Circuit: 

 

Battle rope Russian twists 

Mountain climbers 

Band around ankle booty blaster toe tap to front, side and back

Kneeling to squat position with 4kg hand weight

 

40 secs each x 3/4 rounds

Starts with a dance and ends with OUCH!
