Warm UP:
Boxing combinations with boxing bag (100 mix punches/10 lunges) x3
Circuit:
Butt Kicks 20 each side (ankle weights)
Lateral lunges with hop 12 each side
Jump squats (ankle weights)
Dead lifts with Kettle Bell ( can use weights)
X 3
Core:
Dip side plank 15 each side
Rock the boat plank ( make a dish like pose and rock back and forth keep arms behind head) 1 minute
Toe taps Crunches 20
X 3
