Snapchat circuit

 

Every Monday morning or afternoon (depends on what I'm doing) I will be snapchatting my home workouts. Make sure to screenshot the workout as I wont usually add it to my blog but here's this weeks just in case you missed it.

CIRCUIT

Skipping 30 seconds

10 burpees

10 squat jumps

 X 3

 

 (Use ankle weights for this set)

 Single leg hip raises x 12 (EACH LEG)

Butt kicks x 12 (EACH LEG)

Clams x 10 (Each leg)

 X 3

 

 (Core set)

 Side plank 30 sec each side

15 sit up to stand

20 russian twists

 x 3

Bring back the booty

Circuit in the park
