Working out makes you feel better right?
For me boxing is my go to at the moment. No matter my mood I am 100% better for it after sweating it out punching the crap out of the bag or the person holding the pads. Ha Poor Shane!!
But I can't always Box (Im trying to convince my husband when we buy a house we need to have a boxing bag installed in the garage). Ha!
So for me sweating it out in the gym, home or at the park is perfect for me also.
Todays circuit was a hot one indeed! This weather! OMG

12 x Squat jumps
20 x Jump Lunges (10 each side)
10 x Burpees
20 Mountain climbers
Tip: Try do it a non air con room or outside. Stay hydrated though before, during and after.
