quick ab blast

I love working my Abs I always finish off my session with a Ab circuit or if I can't get to the gym I always make time to do a circuit at home.

Downward dog with twist : 12 each side 

Side plank with side crunch : 12 each side

V sit up with pulse : 20 

Crunch with leg raise: 20

X 4 rounds
