Tabata N+TC Workout

I recently sat down with Nike Trainer Bec Wilcock to come up with a workout that will challenge me and get my heart rate up.

After years of Swimming and following the same black line on the bottom of the pool for over 10 years I find my workouts now need to be different every couple of weeks and motivate me to go to the gym. Thats why the N+TC APP is so good for me as they update the workouts frequently and no matter how much time you have there is something for everyones schedules.

This workout below challenged me and kept me motivated throughout give it a try and let me know how you go!! X

Warm Up: 3 minute Row/ 20 body weight squats/20 hip thrusters/10 pushups. REPEAT TWICE

Main Set : Tabata Remix 

Set 1 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest X 8 : Mountain climbers/treadmill sprint 

Set 2 20 secs work/10 secs rest x 8 : Kettle bell swings/treadmill sprint

Set 3 20 secs work/10 secs rest x 8: squat jump/rope whip smash

Set 4 20 secs work/10 secs rest x 8: split jump/rower

Set 5 20 secs work/10 secs rest x 8: Kettle bell swing/rope whip smash

Set 6 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest x 8: Kettle bell swing/rower

Set 7 20 secs work/10 secs rest x 8: Burpees
