Gym Sculpt Workout N+TC

Short week means my routine is thrown out a bit, but no excuses I tried my hand at the 15 minute gym sculpt workout by Sydney Leroux..  Description below X

What you need : Mat, med ball & dumb bells 

1 Minute upright row squat dumb bells

1 minute modified push up to AB tap

1 minute squat to cross jab dumb bells 

1 minute extended flutter kicks with med ball

1 minute bottoms up shoulder press with dumb bell

 

Repeat twice more
