What you need : Mat, med ball & dumb bells
1 Minute upright row squat dumb bells
1 minute modified push up to AB tap
1 minute squat to cross jab dumb bells
1 minute extended flutter kicks with med ball
1 minute bottoms up shoulder press with dumb bell
Repeat twice more
