PT Workout 1

So I have just started with a new trainer at Soul Personal Training and to say the least I'm so sore, It was the 48 hour effect last week and couldn't lift my arms up for days after:) 

Here is the session I did yesterday give it a shot Remember it is only 30 minutes you don't need anything longer.

DB squat press x 12

Push ups x 15

1 arm DB rows x 12 each side 

Twice through above 

Overhead DB Tricep extensions x 12

standing DB curls x 12

Med ball Russian Twists x 15

Twice through Above
