Fierce Workout N+TC

I am loving these N+TC workouts so much I am doing around 3/4 a week. Have you signed up for the 5 hour workout on the 2nd May? Not long to go now! 

Here we go ... Laura Never's Fierce workout 15 minutes 

(What you need - Training mat, medicine ball and dumbbells)

1 minute push up to single leg squat

1 minute single leg side full extension

1 minute plank with medicine ball side crunch

1 minute hip extensions

1 minute leg only super mans 

Repeat twice more
