20 seconds recover
40 seconds step lunge to ball press
20 seconds recover
40 seconds half knee with ball rotation
20 seconds ball squeeze with curl up
20 seconds recover
40 seconds Standing ball chop
20 seconds recover
Repeat Again once more through. Ouch!
