10 mins on bike warm up
1st set x3
10 hip raises
10 each side forward lunges
10 dislocations (using a band back and forth over head opening up shoulders/chest)
20 commandos
2nd set x 3
10 chest press squat
10 goblet squat with kettle bell
10 one legged deadlift each side
3rd set x 2
10 burpees
1 km run outside /or treadmill
Stretch on roller to finish
