10 Mins on bike 30 secs fast/ easy

 

Skipping 2 x 1 min rest (20 secs) 

Burpees 2 x 12 (rest 20 secs)

Squat jumps TRX 2 x20 (no trx just do jump squats on the spot) rest 20 secs 

Army ropes 2 x 30 secs (rest 30 secs)

Mountain Climbers 40 

plank 1 min 

Repeat twice- Three Times if you can 

Its so hot

The Burn in the legs -Ouch!
