So hot in the gym today i was dying but got through it! Here you go:
10 Min Treadmill
20X Full leg lift
20X Leg Lift pulses
20 X Bent leg lifts
30 Bench Hops
15 Burpees
15 Box Jumps
25 Dips
Swiss Ball Stir the pots 1 Min
15 Ab Pulses
12 Reverse crunches
Repeat twice though (not the treadmill though)
