CIRUCUIT 1:

 Pushup into Burpee 20

Dips 20

Jump Squats 20 then hold last one in squat position for 10 seconds

Russian twists 20

Curtsy lunge with or without holding dumb bell *8kg* 12 each side

Skipping 30/45/60 secs

Side plank twists 15 each side

x 3 ROUNDS


CIRCUIT 2:

10 Burpees/20 skips

20 Commandoes

10 Squat jumps

20 Russian Twists

10 Leg lowers

x 3 Rounds 


CIRCUIT 3:

Warm up: 60 secs skipping normal/ 60 secs skipping high knees/ 60 secs doubles as many as you can x 2 rounds

Wall hold 30/45/60

Squats 12/15/20

Dips 12/16/20

Push ups 12/16/20

Mountain climbers 20/40/60

 X 3 ROUNDS


CIRCUIT 4:

Warm up: 20 Mountain climbers/ 20 High knees x 3 rounds

20 Hip raises

20 Butt kicks each side

1 min plank

20 Russian twists

10 each side plank dips with twist 

20 Pulse lunges 

x 2/3 rounds
