So I have read that 10 minutes of skipping has the same health benefits as a 45 min run. So I would rather skip then run any day of the week. Wouldn't you?
Its my new obsession I have been doing a skipping circuit 2/3 times a week for about 3 months now and thought I would share it as I LOVE it.
Wearing Champion Crop & Tights
Circuit:
30 secs Skipping (Double jump)
Side plank dips 12 each side
30 secs skipping (high knees)
Wall hold 30 secs
30 secs skipping (single leg)
Crunches 20
30 secs skipping (double jump)
X 4
Plus I heard Rosie Huntington-Whitely skips all the time with her trainer so I'm sold!
