So lets go, Warm up first.

5 mins cross trainer. 30 secs fast 30 secs slow

 

Circuit 1. 

TRX Squat Jumps 20

TRX Curtsy Lunges 20

Box Jumps 10 

x 3

 

Circuit 2. 

Butt Kicks 15 each side

Side Plank dips 12 each side

Russian Twists 20

x 3

 

Circuit 3. 

Ball Slams 20

Rope slams 30 secs (doubles)

TRX Push ups 12 

X 3

 

Stretch with foam roller to finish
