If you are like me you really enjoyed the long weekend a little to much (pavlova, easter eggs and maybe a to many drinks) then here is a circuit to get you back on track and sweating the long weekend away.

Mountain climbers 20

Circuit 2. 

High knees 40

Alternate jump lunges 20

1 min plank 

45 sec wall hold

Dips 20

X 3

150 various core/crunches
