10 Min on Bike (30 secs fast/30 secs moderate)
Squats with bar (40kg) 3 x 10 (Slow down, fast up. Count 3secs down)
Chest press on bench with (20kg bar) 10 x 3
Left, Left Right Boxing with Burpee x 10 x 3
10 boxing punches with Burpee 10 x 3
Side plank dips 10 each side x 3
Commandoes 20 x 3
Single leg hip raises 12 x 3
And time to relax now xx
