I LOVE to workout on Holidays, I like routine and I hate feeling sluggish but its doesn't mean you have to go as hard and train for long periods of time when your away.
For me just doing a 20 minute circuit, going for a hike, bike ride or surfing is enough for me to feel good about my body and mind when I'm away.
I know its not for everyone but I really enjoy challenging myself anywhere I go and I like to book my hotel knowing it has a gym (especially when I go to NYC and its -15 outside).
Here are some good circuits to do when you might not know the equipment, have the space or just have some structure still when your away on holidays.
