Here is a good Plank set that will make your core burn to start the week off right!
1 min Plank on hands
I min side plank on left hand / 30 secs if your balance is not great
1 min plank on right hand /30 secs if your balance is not great
1 min elbow plank
1 min side plank on left elbow
1 min side plank on right elbow
No rest in between.. Shaking? Thats a good thing! haha
