This week i am doing eat fit food 5 day clean and lean program. So it is all about clean eating and great exercise this week is not to losing weight but to get me back on track after a big week of eating lots of sugar and drinking a bit!
My week of exercise is :
Monday -Pilates at Dynamic Pilates in Manly & Yoga in the evening at Power Living
Tuesday -PT(boxing session) at Soul Personal Training in Mosman plus 6km walk home
Wednesday - Pilates
Thursday - PT (weights) at Soul PT
Friday -Extend Barre Manly & Tennis
Saturday - Run
I will also do bike ride, ocean swims and lots of roller stretching.
I love to keep active all the time morning and evening even if it is Tennis/swim/walk. Make sure to keep chaining up your routines and keep your body guessing.
